Dr. Rashmi Parmar

Dr. Parmar is a fellow of the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Dr. Parmar received her professional D.M.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She completed the comprehensive general practice residency at the Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. and has been practicing in the Columbia-Clarksville area since 1991. She has a Family & Aesthetic/Cosmetic practice with emphasis on Preventive, TMJ, Implant and Cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Parmar is married and has two children – daughter “Puja” and son “Suraj”. She is actively involved in the community and her children’s schools. Her hobbies include reading, traveling and music.

Dr. Parmar is passionate about her profession and believes in providing optimum care to each and every patient with compassion and competency in a comfortable trusting environment catering to each patient’s individual needs and wants with State-of-the-Art technology. Dr. Parmar has completed several comprehensive series of post-doctoral courses and is a proud fellow of the Las Vegas Institue for Advanced Studies (LVI), a premier post-doctoral teaching facility in dentistry today.
Dr. Parmar is a Clinical Evaluator for new products for dental company "Dentsply Caulk".

Evelyn Bayles - Business Administrator

A positive radiance and an incredible smile of our Dental concierge, Evelyn Bayles welcomes you to our office. Evelyn brings over 21 years of dental office management experience to our practice. In coordinating patient care, her greatest satisfaction comes from making your visit at our office pleasant and comfortable. Her management skills come from experience and her continuing education with:

Whitney Griffin - Qualified Dental Assistant

Whitney joined our office as a clinical assistant in 2006 from Suffolk, Virginia. Patients have come to enjoy her caring, kind and genuine attention as well as her cute southern accent. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, drawing and spending time with family and friends. Whitney continues to expand her clinical skills by attending continuing education courses through the Maryland State Dental Association and the prestigious Las Vegas Institute such as:

  • Advanced Adhesive Aesthetic Dentistry
  • Coronoplasty and Case Finishing
  • Full Mouth Reconstruction

Qualifications:

  • Certified as a Clinical Assistant through MSDA

Kirit Parmar - Office Manager

Kirit Parmar graduated with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Production, Planning and Operations Research. After completing his Master’s in Precision Engineering from the University of North Carolina, he worked as a computer programmer while assisting Dr. Parmar in her practice as office manager. While working as an Information and Network Manager he decided to use his entrepreneur skills to go out into the business world. He started a manufacturing company and eventually settled into the franchise world of QSR (Quick Serve Restaurants).

Since 1992, Kirit has been assisting and running the business side of the Dental Practice of Dr. Parmar, while attending numerous dental continuing education courses. He loves to ride motorcycles, play tennis, racketball and all outdoor activities. He currently volunteers at his kids schools, the community and also sits on the committee for the Economic Development of Howard County.
